1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the AdsFast application and website located at adsfast.app (the "Service"), operated by HUBSAAS LIMITED, a company registered in Hong Kong with its registered office at 2301, 23/F Bayfield Bldg, 99 Hennessy Rd, Wan Chai, Hong Kong ("Company," "we," "our," or "us").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AdsFast is a Facebook Ads dashboard application that allows users to:

View and monitor their Facebook advertising campaign performance
Analyze advertising metrics such as spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, and revenue
Receive AI-powered insights and recommendations
Manage campaign statuses (pause/resume)
Set profit targets and break-even thresholds

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service. By using AdsFast, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. Account Registration

To use AdsFast, you must connect your Facebook account. By doing so, you:

Authorize us to access your Facebook advertising data as described in our Privacy Policy
Confirm that you have the authority to grant access to the ad accounts you connect
Agree to keep your login credentials secure and not share them with unauthorized parties

5. Subscription Plans and Payment

5.1 Free Trial

New users may be eligible for a free trial period. The duration and terms of the free trial are determined at our sole discretion and may change without notice.

5.2 Paid Plans

After the free trial, continued access requires a paid subscription. Subscription plans and pricing are displayed on our website and may be updated from time to time.

5.3 Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
Payment is processed securely through Stripe
You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
All prices are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated

5.4 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
No refunds are provided for partial billing periods
We reserve the right to offer refunds at our sole discretion

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without our written consent
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
Violate Facebook's Terms of Service or advertising policies while using AdsFast

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and design — are the exclusive property of HUBSAAS LIMITED and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose during your active subscription.

8. Third-Party Services

AdsFast integrates with third-party services including:

Facebook/Meta: For authentication and advertising data. Your use is also subject to Facebook's Terms of Service
Stripe: For payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Terms of Service
OpenAI: For AI-powered insights. Data sent to OpenAI is subject to their usage policies

We are not responsible for the practices or policies of third-party services.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:

Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of data
Uninterrupted or error-free operation

AdsFast displays data retrieved from Facebook's API. We do not guarantee the accuracy of this data and are not responsible for discrepancies between AdsFast and Facebook Ads Manager.

AI-generated insights and recommendations are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial or business advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HUBSAAS LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
Loss of data or advertising performance
Decisions made based on data or recommendations provided by the Service

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HUBSAAS LIMITED, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination:

Your right to use the Service ceases immediately
We may delete your account data
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
